The Waters-edge at Giovanni's is a stunning local favorite that serves contemporary Italian cuisine and hosts regular events and tours of the building. The family business began life in 1977 as Giovanni, a young immigrant from Potenza, set up shop on Post Road, Darien. While the main dining room serves drop-in guests and bookings, rentals are available in the numerous suites throughout the historic site. The VIP Wine Room, in particular, hosts private tastings and groups starting from January 2021. Engagement parties, Bar Mitzvah, and business functions have all found their vision brought to life at Giovanni's alongside the delicious menu of Italian and American Fusion.
