Water Leak in a Ceiling--Darien

The plex line above the shower stall that supplied pressurized water to the enclosure ruptured and soaked that area. Our SERVPRO team understands the meaning of a "controlled demolition." We neatly cut out and discarded the non-salvageable gypsum board, replaced a section of the plex line, and then using poly sheeting, dried out the attic void. This barrier reduces the volume of treatment space, thus decreasing the overall drying time. We used advanced equipment and methods to serve our customers as efficiently as possible. We can even liaise with your insurance company to stay within their prescribed guidelines for water damage cleanup and restoration. When standard moisture levels have been returned, we can then begin the build back of this shower, "Like it never even happened."
